Copy to the windows system directory:

Run after installation to register the control:
				32-Bit	16-Bit
regsvr32.exe webster.ocx	  X
regsvr.exe webste16.ocx		  	  X

Please note that you do not have permission to distribute the files:
WEBSTER.LIC or WEBSTE16.LIC

Note for 16-bit users on a Windows 3.x machine:
Unlike Windows 95 and NT, a Windows 3.x machine does not come preinstalled with the
